Weelife 3D Minor Protection Terms

I. General Provisions

1.1 Weelife 3D (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is an online application that strictly complies with applicable laws and regulations and is committed to providing users with a safe and healthy social environment.

1.2 To protect the physical and mental well-being of minors (meaning citizens under the age of 18, or under the age of majority as defined by the laws of your country/region) and to prevent online risks, the App's services are provided only to adult users aged 18 and above. We explicitly prohibit minors from registering, logging in to, or using the App.

II. Age Confirmation and Access Control Mechanism

2.1 Active Declaration: Before you begin the registration process, the App will present a clear pop-up prompt requiring you to declare whether you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Mandatory Exit: If you declare that you are a minor, the App will immediately notify you and automatically exit the registration or usage process. You will not be able to access any services provided by the App.

2.3 Secondary Verification: Even if a user declares that they are an adult, they must still provide their date of birth in subsequent registration steps through tools such as a date-of-birth selector. The system will verify this information. Any provision of false information to circumvent age restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms.

III. Guardian Responsibilities

3.1 We require parents and other legal guardians (collectively, "Guardians") to assume supervisory responsibility for minors' internet usage.

3.2 Guardians should select and provide internet products and services that are more appropriate for minors' age groups and guide them in developing healthy internet usage habits.

3.3 Special Guardian Commitment: If a Guardian permits or fails to effectively prevent a minor from using the App, such Guardian shall be deemed to have fully understood and independently assumed all resulting risks and responsibilities. Guardians shall ensure that minors do not register for or use the App in any way, including but not limited to using another person's identity information or misusing an adult account.

IV. Privacy Protection

4.1 During age confirmation, we only collect the minimum information necessary to enforce this policy (such as birth year or age declaration results) for the purpose of verifying whether users meet the age requirement.

4.2 We will never knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we later discover that we have inadvertently collected a minor's personal information, we will immediately take technical measures to delete it.

V. Disclaimer

5.1 The App has established access barriers prohibiting minor use through the aforementioned technical and management measures. If a minor successfully registers for or uses the App by improper means such as concealing age or misusing another person's identity, all such acts and all resulting consequences (including but not limited to time consumption, virtual property loss, physical or mental health impacts, or legal disputes) shall be fully borne by the minor and their Guardian.

5.2 The App and its operator shall bear no liability in any form for any of the foregoing circumstances caused by a Guardian's failure to perform supervisory duties.

5.3 We reserve the right, upon discovering that a user is a minor or has violated these Terms, to unilaterally terminate services, suspend or delete their account and related data at any time, without bearing any contractual liability or compensation responsibility.

VI. Miscellaneous

6.1 These Terms are an integral part of the App's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms based on changes in laws and regulations and operational needs. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication.
